Rewire is a video-driven series for student ministries on Pornography, Sexual Abuse, Social Media and Human Trafficking.
Are you ready for these topics? Your students are.
Roger Fields, president of Blitz Ministries
Rewire is a video-driven conversation starter. Rewire videos introduce students to 3 women and a cop who have lived real-life stories of sexual exploitation.
After the videos Rewire curriculum comes alongside the adults who are already in the lives of students and guides them into meaningful discussion. Sexuality in our culture has such a strong influence over our students. Rewire is working against that strong current to rewire the minds of the next generation into a healthier picture of sexuality.
Rewire is a curriculum geared specifically to students. It covers the relevant topics that our students need to be discussing, including: Pornography, Sexual Abuse, Trafficking and Social Media. The format includes video teaching from national speaker, Scott Harvey, coupled with the testimonies of 3 women who have walked difficult paths in life regarding these four areas. At the end of the teaching time, students can break into smaller groups and use our age-appropriate, faith-based questions to get dialogue started. Watch how Rewire impacted this high school student.
Rewire’s mission is to produce quality material for middle and high school students that educates and creates conversation about sexual issues while inspiring our future generations to be proactive in the fight against sexual exploitation.

We know that parenting and guiding teenagers in the current age of technology can be difficult. It’s a new day. Technology has been a game changer and put the world at the fingertips of our students…both good and bad. There is so much “out there” that they can be exposed to. We know that parents and adults who work with students can find it difficult to start those important conversations about sexuality, technology and current issues. You know you should be talking about these things, but where do you even begin? Watch this message from a student pastor about Rewire.
WHO IS BEHIND REWIRE?
Refuge for Women is a national non-profit geared toward women who have been sexually exploited and are wishing to escape the sex industry. In over 5 years of serving these women, we began to see some patterns emerge in their backgrounds. The same issues in their early lives came up over and over again. While our passion and mission remains to bring healing to the women in our program, we found ourselves asking, “What if we could reach an entire generation before they walked down the paths that some of our guests have traveled? What if we put some of our resources into root of the problem?” That’s how rewire was born.
Proceeds from the purchase of this resource go to Refuge for Women, an organization actively rescuing women from human trafficking.

This session focuses on sexual abuse. 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys under the age of 18 have been sexually abused. That’s a statistic we can’t ignore but unfortunately it is widely ignored. If you are ready to “go there,” this session will unpack a secret that poisons lives and is, not maybe, but IS affecting 1 out of 6 students in your ministry. This video is 3 real life stories of abuse and also actions we can take to report, seek help, and prevent. Ultimately, we want abused students to know they are not dirty, guilty or forgotten.
We are living in a time when pornography is harder for students to avoid than it is to find. $3000 is being spent on pornography every second. This video shares perspectives from 4 different people, 3 women and a cop, how porn affected their lives and how the illusion of glamour enticed them in and tried to destroy them. Porn is not what it appears to be from the outside and the warped fantasies students are being drawn to will also warp their reality.
Help students identify what they are looking for emotionally from social media. The decisions they make on social media can’t be taken back and it’s the stuff that will blow up their lives. 86% of sexual pictures intended to be seen by only 1 person will be shared. There is no such thing as online privacy. More than ever, students need this tough information so that they will choose to protect their futures in a high tech world. In this video, they will hear how the lives of 3 women were exposed by social media and how they are still cleaning up the mess it caused.
This topic must be drug into the light. Are you sitting down, student pastors? The average person enters human trafficking at 13-14 years old. I know the images of some of your students just popped into your head. This is not a problem only happening in 3rd world countries. Trafficking happens here. Under our noses. 21-30 million people are living in slavery all over the world today. That’s more than any other time in history. In this video, 3 women tell the truth about human trafficking and what it looked like for their lives. You will shed light and save lives when you start this conversation.
